September 22 2007 - Hamleys

After our long, hearty, Malaysian lunch... we're on the move again... where to?

Disembarked on this station

No, Apple is not our intention

We did go in to take a peek though...

Here, this is our intention

Hamleys is 1 of the largest toys shop in the world, located in Regent Street, off Oxford Street, which is the shopping district in London. It is also a major tourist attraction in London, with about 5 thousand million visitors annually..

They even have their own website!

Let's start pounding u with an avalanche of photos...

Spiderman is the IN thing at the moment
(I mean last year, please refer to my blog title -.-")

Cute keyboard

They have almost an entire basement floor dedicated for Lego

Some random Lego photos

Besides Lego, there's a few other things available in the basement floor..

I'm sure the boys will recognize this brand

Nice plane

Even nicer price!!

And there's a toy car big enough to fit Bing in

Oh... Oops...

That's the basement floor... what about the ground floor?

Ground floor is the soft toys section...

They have this iconic teddy bear

This teddy bear is actually not a teddy bear, but Paddington bear. Paddington bear is quite famous and is said to be an icon for London... who knows, maybe it will be featured in the 2012 Olympics?

For Peggy, this ground floor is like heaven...

Sooo cuteeeee

They have this gigantic teddy bear lying around in 1 corner, and lots of kids, and girls, took turns to take photos with it...

Peggy + Bear = Cute

Peggy + Cath + Bear = Cutesy Cute

Peggy + Bing + Bear = Negative Effect

U look way too big BIG la.. Bing.. aiyo...

Should be like me, big size stand behind ma...

There's also the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor for Hamleys... but for some unknown reasons, I somehow did not go and check it out upstairs...

Wait, there's a known reason...

I set off alone in search for Primark London, because the girls absolutely love this chain and I am gentleman enough to sacrifice my own lepak time to fulfil their desire...

So I will give u a few more photos of Regent Street taken by Bing...

Nice road, nice cars, double deckers,

And nice crowds..

This is what London is all about...

Let's end this post with a photo of another fixture in Regent Street, London...

Big Public TV Screen

End up, I didn't manage to find Primark. It's supposed to be in Oxford Street, but Oxford Street is 1 helluva long street -.-"
