City Tour @ SF

Having no preparations/research/study whatsoever on SF, we took the City Tour...

Not cheap, US$46/person...

Were first greeted by this confusing road sign...
*Huh?? Am I not in SF? Am I in JB??*

First stop: Golden Gate Bridge

According to the tour guide, this bridge is a famous suicide spot. Last year, there were 70 rdeath cases reported here...

I don't know whether he is telling the truth or tok kok lah.. but, better don't do anything adventurous/stupid here...
*Simple photo*

Some other views from where we were:
Alcatraz island prison, tour guide said some of the Prison Break episodes were shot here...

Ford Mustang (which we discovered later is a common car in the US, something like the Satria Neo in Malaysia)...

Horseshoe Bay/Presidio Yatch Club...

Bridge Patrol...

Next stop: Sutroz

Sutro Baths,
a privately owned swimming pool complex of the 19th century, was burned down some time ago and abandoned, left the ruins now...

The Cliff House, owned by the same owner as the Sutro Baths, burned down/destroyed/earthquake and rebuilt many times before...

The beach facing the Pacific Ocean...

Some famous rocks, forgot what the tour guide mentioned about them...

Third stop: Twin Peaks

Saw windmill on the way...

Basically it is just a nice spot to overlook the whole city, the place itself has nothing special, I think...

City view #1

City view #2

A radio tower...

Last stop: Bus tour around the city

The last stage of our journey is to tour around the city area in the bus, the roads were tight so there were no places to stop for photo sessions, I'll just share some of the photos I took on the bus...

The tour started 10.00AM, ended 1.30PM, 3 and a half hours...

If you ask me whether this tour is worth it or not, I would say, it depends. If you do enough homework to know where you want to go and how to are going to get there, then screw this tour because it is really not a very photo friendly tour...

If you were like me, had nowhere better to go and only know of the Golden Gate Bridge, then... yeah take this tour, you'd have no choice anyway, right?
