How Celcom Gets Extra Revenue

1. Registers an account for some stranger that works in some place remotely far from hometown(in this case me), and charge them for 3 months... (ok, maybe is someone else who did this, but then already got a few kena, and always Celcom =.=)

2. Sends that stranger a lawyer letter demanding payment or face the consequences...

3. When the stranger checks in to the nearest Celcom Centre, gets the service personnel over the counter to tell him: pay up or get a police report so that they can pass on to their fraud department to handle...

4. The police would tell you to lodge the report at the branch that services the area in said address, which is in hometown...

5. Traveling back to hometown costs more than paying up, so the stranger just goes back to the Celcom Centre and pay up, and get the account terminated...

6. Job done, extra money in the pocket...
